These terms describe what Emptify does for you, what we ask of you, and the limits of the service during early access.
The service
Emptify is a messaging-only assistant. You delegate tasks by message and Emptify takes approved actions in the email and calendar accounts you connect. There is no app to install and no product dashboard to manage.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials and messaging device secure, only connect accounts you are entitled to use, and review approval requests before confirming them. You remain responsible for actions you approve.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer to comply with a legal obligation. You can request earlier deletion at any time through the data requests page.
Your rights
Your rights over your data are described in our privacy notice. To exercise them, contact privacy@emptify.io or use the data requests page. We will verify your identity before acting.
Early access and changes
Emptify is in early access, so features, limits and pricing can change. We will give notice of material changes, and you can stop using the service and delete your data at any time.
