Emptify only works if you trust it with a narrow slice of your digital life. This page explains what that slice is, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your account email, the one messaging channel you bind to your account, and the messages you send Emptify. When you connect an email or calendar account, we store the access granted by your provider, never your provider password.
How connected accounts are used
Access to your email and calendar is used solely to carry out the tasks you delegate, such as confirming an appointment or chasing a reply. Credentials are held encrypted on our servers and are never exposed to this website or your browser.
Your control
You approve actions that leave your account, you can revoke any connection at any time, and you can request a full export or deletion of your data from the data requests page. Revoking a connection stops all future access immediately.
Retention periods
Your task history and messages are kept for as long as your account is active, so Emptify can follow through on ongoing requests. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. Security and connection logs are kept for 90 days to help us detect abuse, then purged automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, and receive a portable copy of your data. You can also restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent for connected accounts at any time by revoking the connection. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
